How to disable indexing of imported wordpress ads?
Hello! I have a site on wordpress, I want to import 1000+ ads into it, which I want to be closed from indexing, both in Google and Yandex.
Moreover, so that the links do not get into the sitemap, but, at the same time, this in no way affected the new ads that I myself will create and they were displayed in the search engine as planned <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow">

Import into a specific category, and then for posts from this category, insert the desired meta tag into the template, or add it using the SEO plugin, they all allow you to flexibly manage meta tags.
Or, as you were advised, close in robots.txt, but then add the appropriate CNC setting so that these posts always have a certain substring in the url.
If the engine does not provide an individual closure from indexing for each post, then they will need to be logically separated, for example, change / add something in the url ... for some of the versions of the ads. Most likely for the one you are importing.
And then, already in robots.txt, calmly close this section for yourself.
