What is the best way to check and optimize website page performance (fps)?

Let's say the site has a lot of animation. Parallax, sliders, and more. Well, I know about the inspector. But, to be honest, it is terribly inconvenient for this task. Can someone tell me how best to track fps (frames per second). Maybe there is a semblance of an inspector. Only better quality. To track fps and script work in real time, not recording.
