What is the best way to allocate disk space on storage systems under Hyper-V?

Good afternoon. There is a Storwize v3700 storage system and 14 drives for it. It is planned to place virtualok disks on it.
The question is, how best to allocate disk space for the best performance? Should I group all disks into 1 raid10, or split into several? What is the storage system guided by when, for maximum performance, groups creates a raid of 10 of 8 disks instead of 12?

Speed in priority over volume? You specified, maybe a simpler raid will be enough for you for the required IOPS? what loads in terms of storage will be on the VM?

Theoretically, the more spans (mirrors) you have in RAID10, the better the performance - the disk exchange is spread over a larger number of disks and the return on IOPS is higher. What are the reasons for the recommendations for the V3700 - it is better to learn from the storage documentation. Perhaps this is due to the peculiarities of the storage itself, and for it an 8-disk array (4 mirrors in RAID0) will actually work faster than 6 mirrors in RAID0.
But there are also serviceability considerations. If you have to reconfigure the array, then it's better to have two disk LUNs - take all the machines to one, and break the second one as you like. But in general, for such purposes it is better to have two storages :-)
