Here we are thinking about how best to add each option as a separate product (the same pictures and description will be), but the size will be added at the end in the name
Or add one product and options to it, when choosing which one or another price is formed?
In terms of SEO and convenience, what is the best way to do it?

There must be exactly one product with options.

It is unlikely that these are fundamentally different products.
so it doesn't matter for SEO.
(and the CEO is not it, it is the "executive director", in Russian)
