What is the best visual code editor to use?

Hello.

I think the essence of the question is clear from the title. What is the best visual HTML code editor to use? (wysiwyg)
Preferably free.
At the moment I use Imperavi Redactor, but constant bugs and misunderstandings forced me to look for a better solution.

What would you like to receive:

• Convenient connection to the textarea directly (without dancing with a tambourine to transfer the finished html code to the form)
  
• Basic functionality for typography
  
• Inserting pictures / videos by link, integration of uploading to the server
  
• Adding functionality with your own "plugins"
  
• It is desirable that the code should be as less "dirty" as possible.
  
• Modern (including in appearance). Can be based on Bootstrap
