Choose according to the cost of the software and the necessary functions.

Probably not After Effects CC but rather Adobe Premiere Pro
Take Adobe Premiere Pro and Sony Vegas pro and drive which one you like and leave

I personally use Adobe CC, the price is reasonable and the bundle is good: Photoshop to Premier Pro to After Effects.
