What is the best time to create exchange points in RabbitMQ?

Hello. I am new to RabbitMQ (and new to programming as well). And the question arose, how much is best to create exchange points? One for each queue or one for all? Why?
PS Before that, they threw messages directly into certain queues, now they decided to switch to exchange points, because I read that directly sending messages to queues is not a good practice.
ZYY Distribution of messages to several queues is not required.
