What is the best technology stack to use in a project?

Hello!
You need a database and some kind of web page to display / change + a couple of user groups with registration.
In the future there will be SMS or email distribution.
I look at Python / Go / Dart / Node.js for the server, and for ui - xs.
Please tell me which technology stack to use for the project.
About me: Android dev + some JS

Backend: express.js + jade + heaps of goodies for express
Frontend: webpack + reactjs/redux + autoprefixer + twitter
