What styluses that meet the following criteria can you recommend?

1. The stylus is suitable for freehand writing and simple sketching on a Windows 10 tablet.
   
2. Available in Russia (i.e. no need to order from Asia).
   
3. The price is not more than 4000 rubles.

Wouldn't any one fit?
As far as I understand, problems often arise in the compatibility of the stylus and the tablet, and Windows has nothing to do with it.
