What is the best software to use to animate application interfaces?

What is the best software to use to animate application interfaces?
I've tried Principle and generally liked it.
I also heard about Flinto, but did not really work with it.
All this was a long time ago. So perhaps there are more interesting tools?

I also asked this question, you can use AE, but it is more difficult to understand, but you can do whatever your heart desires there, but do not forget that what was done in AE may not be possible to implement when laying out the project.
If you use Adobe XD and you need some kind of banal and simple animation like switching the screen, animation of icons, etc. then it can be implemented directly in XD. But if the animation is more complex then XD has an easy way to export to the excellent ProtoPie program where you can implement any real animation for mobile and web interfaces. I liked it for its simplicity and functionality. Watch a couple of tutorials and you are an animation master. It also has a video recording, but if you need a gif animation, then you save to mp4 and transfer the project to photoshop and save this video to gif. And that's it, I have been solving this issue for myself for a very long time and came to this decision! Good luck to you!

As a developer, I will say that software is not important. It is important that your animation can be implemented on the platform for which the application is being made. It is important that it does not slow down, does not piss off the user. It is important that it be tactile.
It is better to use basic animations to the maximum. AE is a road to nowhere if you don't know animation timings, it will look great on dribble, you will earn likes, but in a live application it will be different, which means you did something wrong) Although if just as a concept, just to give understanding to programmers where what approximately and how, then yes, but again, should the programmer count the timings or the designer? )))
