What is the best software for hard surface modeling?

I know that in vector graphics for geometry modeling there is an ultimate bundle: Adobe Illustrator + Astute Graphics + cvalley.
How would such a bundle look in 3D?
What software and plugins is this?
What set of software + plugins will give me the widest possibilities for geometry modeling?
I have heard of modo + some paid plugins for it that expand the functionality of geometric modeling, but unfortunately I don’t remember the names of these plugins. If anyone knows please write.

If you like plugins so much and are a fan of frameworks, study Rhino + Grasshopper
And for me there is nothing better than 3dMax + straight arms

If the main emphasis is on parametric modeling, then in my opinion a CAD system is better, for example FreeCAD, then for refinement in Blender. Perhaps I misunderstood the essence of the question.
