What is the best software for design?

Hello,
I need to develop a design for a website and later for a business card. And yes, I want to learn how to do it. Please tell me the program. There is Photoshop, but it is convenient to do some kind of design detail on it.
Thank you very much in advance!

even professional and real designers, well, and beginners, too, no matter how I met, everywhere describe their way in creating the initial picture of the site or any design artifact:
this is a pencil and a sheet of paper.
use this, prototype, think of the details first, draw everything, then you can use free or shareware services for drawing and prototyping (there were a lot of questions on the toaster, take a look), as well as the example of Axure and other representatives, and photoshop, as you mentioned it .
but the base is a pencil + paper + idea + thoughts = effective result in the end!

Photoshop + Illustrator
The first for the layout, the second, respectively, for the vector.
Transferring smart objects from one to another is very easy.

Certainly Sketch , with one condition - you have a mac.

For me at the moment Sketch.
On Windows, this is Adobe Fireworks (now deceased).
I really hope for Adobe's Project Comet , which they promise to release in early 2016. Judging by the announcements, it will have all the best from Sketch, but on all platforms.
