What is the best read for learning the .NET Framework and WMI?

Greetings everyone, tell me, I began to study PowerShell and came to the conclusion that for powershell it is a scripting language for managing Windows, why you need to know the .NET Framework and WMI, without their knowledge, it’s generally enough to be able to write batch files, tell me good literature and a resource on these two things to take them seriously enough.

@mindtester

google a lot, even eyes run wide, but I would like to find it specifically for me, for a teapot
advice to the teapot - you just start, you can 2-3 sources at once. and compare how it comes
more than that. when you consider that it is no longer a teapot , compare more than one source anyway. this greatly promotes the experience
. Another tip - self-sufficient solutions (and its search) are an integral part of the programmer's job. at least good - for sure. practice
Rutracker unfortunately did not help, there is very little on this topic, old, and in English
Books are always fatally behind reality. but among the books there are those that deserve to be desktop. To do this, the question needs to be reformulated. And again, Google will also successfully answer such a question. (difficulties with money? I assure you, the main masterpieces can be found on the rutracker too. Then add librusec to the sources too. They have long introduced paid, albeit kopeshny downloading (and not for everything), but you can still just read a lot from the site )
.. to complete the thought - a good book should be combined with the latest MSDN examples. maybe not right away, maybe in between something like https://metanit.com/sharp/tutorial/
good luck!
