What is the best printer to get?

DD. I decided to put some simple printer home, but for a long time.
In general, I don’t think that they will use it a lot, only my sister prints what I study and I’m so little things.
Printing in b/w only. I would like to refuel was not expensive and could stand without work for a long time, and I would not want to overpay for simple tasks. Uncle's HP LaserJet 1018 seemed to just stand for 4 years, turned it on a month ago and it printed out better than the printer prints in the office)
While I'm choosing from HP, I'm thinking of taking a used HP LaserJet Pro P1102w. On the whole, positive experience with HP, but the experience was with old models, P1102 * seems to also have positive reviews, but somehow I didn’t really get to know the new M102 *.
I will be glad for any advice

Take something as simple as a laser, for example, Canon MF 4018, if it is still on sale now. Google that the cartridges are not chipped with refill protection - this will create additional difficulties when the first cartridge runs out.
