What is the best practice for auto pull with Bitbucket?

Hello,
I'm currently using the crutch autopool method:
1) through crontd
2) through my service (bash script run through systemd, which is a cycle with a delay of 15 seconds)
Tell me, DevOps best practices in order to implement this option more gracefully, preferably with integration through Ansible .
I read about Bitbucket CI / CD, but this option is not suitable for me, since this option involves linking the infrastructure to Bitbucket (and our office can switch to using another solution at any time), changes are also required on the developers side, which is unacceptable with leadership point of view.
