How to re-bud from a branch?

I branched off in the project from the wrong branch (which will not go to the prod), made a pull request to the master, and in the diff, of course, in addition to the project files, there are files that should not get into the master. Usually, in such situations, I then branched off from the desired branch and transferred the code to the stupid one, but now there is a lot of code. What is the solution for this problem?
