What is the best plugin to create custom post types and taxonomies for them?

Hello, I tried to pick arbitrary post types manually, but I ran into an unsolvable problem, I thought it would be easier to install the plugin)
Actually, the task is this:
Create an arbitrary type Flowers, attach the Season taxonomy to it.
The structure should
look like this site.com/cvety/leto/fialki
Access to both the cvety archive (custom type)
and the leto archive (custom taxonomy term) is vital.
I climbed 3 plugins: pods, costom post types ui, toolset types
But in all it turns out to do this only
site.com/cvety/fialki
All flowers fall into one archive (
In the plugin settings, I set a hierarchical structure wherever I found it, but nothing comes out.
Please tell me, is this even possible?
