What is the best payment method for remote work?

What is the best payment method to choose for remote work so that you don’t get thrown after a month of work? If we take the CIS market and the USA, what options are there besides the pioneer? On freelancing, the platform acts as a guarantor

In order not to be thrown, you need to draw up a contract.
If it is not there, they will throw 99%
Payment method does not matter.
PS Alternatively, use the Escrow systems that some payment systems have. But it's such a mess...

No payment method gives a guarantee that they will not be thrown. The payment method is just the mechanics of transferring money from point A to point B. The guarantee that they will not be thrown is an agreement between you and the employer.
There is no contract or the employer does not want to conclude it - they will throw 99.9 (9)% (if anyone remembers mathematics, then the entry (9) means "9 in the period" that is 99.999999 ... (an endless series of nines)).
If you yourself do not want to conclude it - well, SSZB, you are just asking for a kid :)
