Я вообще гуглил, так нашел сравнительную таблицу с агрегаторами за 2015 г, так там их вообще более тридцати было... о многих даже не слышал. Учтите еще вот что, если магазин будет востребован в ближнем зарубежье, то и это надо учесть, для этого хорошо подошел бы мне кажется Net Pay, платежи принимаются по всему миру и вроде бы перевод денежных средств от покупателей виден сразу в кабинете. И для многих движков у них есть готовые модули и под интерфейс ваш тоже подстроятся.
