What is the best option for audio output from Home Assistant via lan/wifi in LAN with multi room (or without)?

People, there is a kind of simple question, which is not very successful in google the answer.

I would like to simply output sound on the LAN (notifications, music from a folder or YT music, online radio) in different rooms (ideally synchronously as in a multiroom, but not necessarily) from Home Assistant without Internet services like Yandex, Google, etc.

What columns to use? The issue of price is important, but solvable. You need a total of 6-7 pieces.
It seems there are systems like Denon, Sonos. But 20k+ is somehow so-so ... For now , I would like to meet 5k for a room

Bluetooth is not enough for an apartment. Ready for a not-so-hard DIY with a soldering iron. I’m ready to assemble something software based on some kind of single-plane thread, but so far I don’t really understand what, again, the price is - if it comes out more than 10k, it makes sense to stupidly stick a large Yandex station.

I googled the Up2stream board ( review , ali , not advertising). But 4.5k is the norm (if I understand correctly, what is cheaper is a fake), it's cool that you can choose the scale of the final speakers, but it's embarrassing (but not much) that you can't change anything.

Who uses what?

1. If with multiroom, then I didn’t find anything better than Snapcast. There is integration into HA, there are ready-made binaries for Rpi.
2. If without multiroom, then you can go directly to HA via Addon. For example, https://github.com/mavrikkk/hassio-addons/tree/mai... . Written and tested mainly for HassOS on Rpi. Connect any speaker through 3.5 directly to HA and go.
