What is the best movie quality?

There is an option between 910x492 (1.85:1), ~1379 kbps avg - I'm thinking of choosing this one, since the resolution is still higher, but at the same time by as much as 700 bits less OR 704x384, ~2004 kbps?

I will stretch (to look at the whole screen 1920 by 1080). So far, there are no options to watch in another quality, so only these 2 options

PS Both films are in BDRip-AVC quality. If anything, then kbps is the bitrate in the video

910x492

This. Resolution higher, compression maybe better.

It is better where the bitrate is higher. the same AVC1 codec. Although the resolution is higher, but there is less information, and with dynamic scenes the picture will float.
