What is the best linear algebra textbook
Please advise the best linear algebra textbook. I know the basics (at the level of the physics and mathematics class), but I would like to take the “course” from the very beginning.
I would appreciate your suggestions.

Tyrtyshniktov E. E. "Matrix Analysis and Linear Algebra"
Evgeny Evgenievich is one of the strongest specialists in linear algebra in the world. He teaches at Moscow State University and PhysTech.
His lectures, in my opinion, are the best for understanding and at the same time allow you to get not only knowledge, but also a solid understanding of the subject (I say this as a person who simultaneously listened to the lectures of Ilyin, the very one whose book is proposed in the first answer).
First, it is proposed to learn the tool of linear shells, and then with the help of this powerful tool all the beauty of linear algebra is shown. At the same time, lectures are easy to read, which is, in principle, rare for a mathematical textbook.
Having mastered this book completely, you will proudly say: “Tensors? Tensors are easy =)"
Out of patriotism, I offer this book.
V. A. Ilyin, E. G. Poznyak Linear Algebra, M.: Nauka - Fizmatlit, 1999.
Available at Moscow State University or the ARGUMENT chain of stores. Probably somewhere else too.
here are the most useful works from the area of knowledge that interests you. First on the list is Kourosh, famous for his accessibility of presentation.
Beklemishev D.V. Course of Analytic Geometry and Linear Algebra.
Not bad, they say)
For me, a good textbook was: Kostrikin A.I. "Introduction to Algebra" there 3 parts.
Studied at Mathematics. For all time “Course of higher algebra - Textbook - Kurosh A.G. - 1968" was more than enough.
In paper version Linear algebra and analytic geometry. Supports... .
Electronically Linear Algebra: A Study Guide .
