What is the best lightweight library for dynamic svg charts?

Hello. There are a lot of libraries and there is no way to test everything. Share your experience, which library is best suited for interactive svg diagrams, and that it also weighs a little?

I liked SnapSVG the most . Simple and very comfortable.
We made many different diagrams. And very custom, and standard. And first we used svg. But they soon became convinced that there was a problem with performance. SVG works with the DOM, so a large amount of data and frequent redrawing of the chart can require a lot of resources from the client machine.
In this case it is better to use html5 canvas. I won’t describe the advantages and disadvantages of each approach, but in our case we couldn’t use svg (we had 3 to 6 different charts on the page and the data was updated once a second. On weak machines, the page fell in 5-10 minutes)
ps We tried to work with svg directly without libraries, in terms of performance, it was not much better.
