How can I find the “vulnerability” that allows me to control the display style of my comments color:#2d72d9;?

smart-lab.ru/vopros/283383.php#comment4535998
on this site, comments can be changed to red by adding to the comments <h3>
I'm not satisfied with this.
I want my comments to be displayed
color:#2d72d9;
h1 font-style sans-serif;
Naturally, the site is not mine, and everyone should see these changes, that is, you need to change the site code itself.
But how to do it?
Is there anyone who can advise?
Thank you!

Site on LiveStreet CMS, seems to be the latest version. With the search for a vulnerability in this CMS, which allows you to control the style of displaying a comment, it is unlikely to help here.

I can suggest !important. But this is not the final solution: !important can also be added by the user. I would disallow html tags. Or disable style and link tags
