What is the best library to use for writing a bot for Telegram?

Hello.
I needed to write a bot for Telegram.
I know NodeJS best of all, and it will be more convenient.
But the question arose, what is the best library to use?
I have seen "node-telegram-bot-api", "telegraf", "telegram-bot-api", "telegram-api" libraries.
