Advise me, an oracleist, a good IDE for PostgreSQL, please. And then after PL \ SQL Developer'a this PgAdmin is just terrible ...

I would try Database Navigator as part of IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition . Although I have not tried it myself .. because. recently moved to IDEA with Aptana/Eclipse.

Aquafold data studio, works with everything that jdbc can reach, but paid. True, I do not work with PostgreSQL, but I switched to it from PL\SQL Developer painlessly.
