Finally I decided to put navigation on the tablet. Who has experience, please tell me what is the best program for navigating in Eastern Europe, and for Belarus in particular?

I use Navitel. Traveled with him in Belarus, Ukraine, Lithuania, Poland, Russia. Very satisfied. The cards are adequate, the program is simple and understandable.

I support - also Navitel. Navitel now has no equal in the post-Soviet space. All these Yandex, Google are not competitors yet.
