if you are for tourism - do not take Redmine)
you need a solution that will have a low entry threshold for non-IT users, roughly speaking for ordinary people.
See basecamp. Or asana. You can even Wunderlist for the team. We use worksection at home, but you probably don’t need so many functions, you need clients and correspondence

There is an option - the Russian devprom.ru (the version that is hosted by them is projectscloud.ru )
It is quite simple, and there were no serious problems with the work (although I used it for a long time).

Try Redmine. Switched to it a few months ago. There is nothing superfluous, but at the same time quite functional and convenient.
