What is the best engine for a corporate portal?

Don't offer Bitrix... I already dream about him at night... with his shit "super" code :)
Criteria:

  • Rich set of modules
  • GOOD API documentation
  • Competent implementation of the structure of modules and components
  • The ability to quickly develop your own modules without reading a ton of documentation
  • And be sure to have integration with LDAP and user synchronization

Interested in both paid and free products.
UPD: *unix architecture

framework.zend.com/manual/en/ - Not ideal in terms of API documentation, but lots of useful how2. The rest is through google and phpDocs

framework.zend.com/apidoc/1.11/db_Zend_Ldap.html#%5CZend_Ldap

I think it’s an excellent CMS - Typo3
the entry threshold is really high, but there is a module for LDAP and a bunch of other bonuses, plus, as many people say about it - German quality (although not made in Germany)
