What is the best device for reading A4 scientific papers?

In fact, which device is better for reading A4 documents?
Ideally, this should be an e-reader that should display text 1:1 as if I printed this text on an A4 sheet.
I'm going to read scientific papers in .pdf, i.e. there are usually pictures, graphics, etc.
Color is desirable, but optional, the Internet is also desirable (to download / open files directly from the device) and the ability to make marks / notes directly on the text / in the margins, as well as the translation of words.
Update:
It turns out there was a Plastic Logic 100 that never saw the light of day.
There is still a certain monster PocketBook CAD Reader
In general, until a book from Sony (DPT-S1) or something similar comes out for a reasonable price, a good option to use ipad +www.mendeley.com

on android, there are also retinal tablets
