What is the best deobfuscator to use for this case?

I don’t quite understand whether a deobfuscator is needed for this structure and which one, so I’ll just try to describe the structure in a crooked language.
I have a decompiled apk, I translated the smali into java, the first is a bunch of separate java files with meaningless names, the second is meaningless variable names.
