Reaction to the appearance of a device on the network
Is there one of the following ready-made solutions:
1. There is a network (wired + wireless) when a device appears on the network (in my case it is an HTC One communicator on Android), the computer (OS: Windows 8) is unlocked.
or
2. There are NFC tags around the apartment, when you point the phone at the NFC tag, it sends a command to the computer over the network.

If I guess what all this is for, then a colleague tied the phone to a bluetooth whistle in a computer. As the phone lost its bluetooth connection, the tamshina was automatically blocked.
Isn't it? =)
I am not familiar with ready-made solutions, I would do this:
You can run a powershell script in service mode on windows 8, which pings a device with the desired network name / ip (your phone), for example, every 30 seconds with a timeout of 15 seconds. If the ping response is positive, the unlock is performed .
