What is the best comprehensive online web development training from the listed ones?

Good evening. I decided to study web development comprehensively on one of the three resources below. What can you say about them, or offer your own in the comments?
codenamecrud.ru
https://www.freecodecamp.com
https://www.codecademy.com (all Web Developer Skills courses)

Maybe I'm wrong and this applies only to me, BUT it's still better to learn the base (html, css, js), and then fill the bumps by studying the documentation, sometimes you can look at the YouTube tutorial (something like the Webdesign master, the layout is chewed very well there and all sorts of assemblers, package managers, etc.). In general, you take and smoke docks. Personally, I do this for myself: I never used sass and gulp, I sat and googled and it seems to be clear, useful things. It is very important to understand why you need this and whether it really you need it. It just sometimes seems that Angular is taught not because it is cool, but because it is popular, they all use it and I will. above. As a matter of fact, here is my subjective view.

From my own experience, I was convinced of the effectiveness of studying technologies in the following order:
1) Very high-quality and in content and execution free courses at https://www.udacity.com/
There is a full-fledged approach where time is given to both theory and practice.
2) https://www.codecademy.com - there is practically no theory at all, just a couple of lines, it’s not realistic to study something seriously there, but additional training after udacity.com is very useful!
3) Name the base from the first two projects, be sure to make a couple of your pet projects in order to work with technologies in more detail in real practice.
If this is not done, you will quickly forget the theory from the first 2 points. If you start from this point, skipping the previous ones, you will lose the integrity of the picture and there is a risk of fixing the wrong approaches, relearning from which then is long and dreary.
PS: Personally, it helps me a lot to take notes on the main points of the study, especially when there is a lot of material and from different sources.
