What is the best comment system to use on the site?

Good day!
Tell me what is better to use for the site: ready-made solutions (like disqus, vk, etc.) or is it better to write it yourself? How do search engines treat ready-made solutions? Are such comments indexed (because they go in an iframe)?

Better than your own with spam protection. Only not discas (comments do not get into the index, only as an exception and quite rarely). Similarly with VK and others.
