What is the best code editor?

Someone, tell me ide on the following parameters:
1. Light theme
2. Syntax highlighting (this is not recommended for notepad)
3. Not notepad ++
4. Support for most programming languages. I used to program in visual studio code, but now I realized that I need an editor similar to it, but in a light theme. Dark theme got it
