What is the best CMS with a WYSIWYG editor and adding classes?

Good afternoon, I surfed the Internet and couldn't find an open source and free CMS suitable for me.
A simple CMS with a WYSIWYG editor is needed, in which it will be possible to add predefined classes (or just write them) to HTML elements. Sitecake fits very well, but unfortunately it is paid, I didn’t find similar functionality. I also know Textolite, but there seems to be no such functionality with adding classes (I know that you can edit HTML there, but the person who will use the site does not know it).
Can you please tell me what kind of CMS with similar functionality is it possible to set up on well-known and "full-fledged" CMS with additional plugins?
