What is the best CMS for a blog?
Basically, I want a blog. I made a template for myself on Uikit 3 for these purposes, decided to pull it on WordPress and was horrified. I skimmed over the lessons on this topic and it turned out that it would not be so easy to do this. Whoever came up with this CMS template engine apparently hates HTML. Almost all HTML will have to be rewritten in php, besides, because of the classes that abound in Uikit 3 templates, you will have to deal with hooks. There is no certainty that the template will not lose its original appearance during the adaptation process. Of course, my template is not distinguished by some super-duper artistry, but still soul and time were invested in it.
The first thing I liked about WordPress was its built-in Gutenberg editor, which I planned to use to write blog articles. In the future, an abundance of plugins for every taste could become a big plus, although at the moment I have no idea which of this set could be useful to me.
Once upon a time, I worked with the DataLife Engine, which I liked the presence of clear and structured Russian-language documentation on template adaptation. I remember that the process of adapting templates to it seemed simple and understandable to me then. However, the big disadvantage of DLE is that it is paid. I don't want the copyright holders to blackmail me because I don't have a license.
Maybe there is such a CMS with an analogue of Gutenberg, maybe in the form of a plugin, and with a simple process of pulling a template on the Uikit 3 framework?

Try OctoberCMS based on laravel. For him, Gutenberg was just recently adapted. And any html template is stretched at a time.
What prevents on the same laravel to write most? By the way, there are a lot of ready-made blog solutions on github.
Come on, I use uikit in all projects on the VP - it's easy and convenient

Something like this was said when Copernicus said that the earth still turns out to be round ...
There are advantages in the absence of a muscle. I don’t know how data storage is organized in grav, but there are advantages.
If you can’t pull a topic on WordPress, then maybe still don’t sweat it with a stretch, don’t mess with October (as advised above), modex and others, but just take it, go freelancing, get honestly earned 5-10 thousand from your pocket and give an average hand to a freelancer, so that he, in turn, pulled over the evening on WordPress?
