What is the best cloud for collaborative development?

We work in UE4, we use the POISON to store the project, but there is one problem .
Yandex disk lives its own life, produces copies of files, and sometimes decides to delete them altogether,
i.e. there is a situation, my friend and I have the Internet turned off, he makes changes, then I make changes, then we turn on the Internet and Poison has 2 copies of one project. What should he do? At least ask the user what to do, but he does not.
Are there clouds in which such a collision is solved more adequately? Of course, privacy is important
PS Do not advise Git, it is not suitable for such projects, and it is difficult to manage it

Private repositories for up to 5 users for free.
Worked in both tfs and git. Purely subjectively, tfs is more convenient, in the same place in the bug tracking box.
