What is the best choice for learning the first framework React or Vue?

Hello everyone, I work as a web developer in a studio in Moscow, I constantly write code, I get high from it in general (until I burn out), I smoothly try to rebuild myself into front-end development, before it’s too late I want to join the stream, because I like SPA and approaches to its development.
And the question itself: I'm not that smart, and studying is hard enough for me, but with attempts and a daily brainstorm, I quietly make my way through the wilds of the web, what is better to take for the primary JS framework? JS itself is not so lame anymore, I want to write my own website or application for a portfolio (plus, through practice, to study all my minuses in knowledge), so that I would not be ashamed to show it for review. Thanks in advance for your help, you might say that it’s not Vue or React, but to bomb native JS (ready for this too). And how hard is it to jump from framework to framework, let's say React=>Vue<=Angular

The easiest way to join is probably Vue. Many people are afraid of the big word redux and leave in vain. In general, there are common concepts in both Vue and React. I think Angular is the most different.

React, Angular and Vue: what to learn in 2019?
React - more jobs, Vue - easier. Take a simple project on VUE, and then on React, whichever comes in more, then learn.
If you figure out how one works, then figure out how the second works will not be a huge effort. Do you want to jump from Vue to Angular, for example, that is the question...

Here is a link similar to the one already mentioned, I liked the presentation: https://www.codeinwp.com/blog/angular-vs-vue-vs-re...
It seems to me that I would prefer react, having zero knowledge, but on In fact, I met him before.
There is a fear that the vue community will not overtake. And this is the most important thing.
If you take on the react, then the redux is needed. You can't leave on hooks alone. I'm just now trying to apply xs where redux and saga used to be, it turns out badly so far. Here is a great tutorial to get you started:

https://maxfarseer.gitbooks.io/redux-course-en-v2/...
When here everything will become easy, take on redux-saga :)
Good luck!
