What is the best capacitor to power the circuit?

I found two variants of the circuit where there is a capacitor of 10 and 100 microfarads at the input. Otherwise they are identical. So which one is better to set to 10, 100 or maybe 2200 microfarads?
Here's the schematic if you need it.

Your circuit has open (no capacitors) inputs. So what you mean is just a guess. Most likely capacitors C1 and C2 - I guessed right? If you guessed right, then the bottom border (their smallest capacitance) is set by choosing the lowest amplified frequency. Decrease and see if the bass boost starts to drop - if it drops, don’t decrease it further (however, the trick here is that there are still a lot of reasons for bass boost, so it’s better to make a calculation). And from above, this capacitance is limited by the requirement for the time of establishing the amplifier mode, i.e. until it is charged by the currents of the microcircuit circuits. At 2200 microfarads, when turned on, the mode will be set to 10 ... 20 seconds - isn't it too much?

The manufacturer recommends 100 microfarads and I don't see the point in being any amateur in this matter. Based on the circuit, the capacitor is used in the reference voltage source and the variation of its values within certain limits should not affect performance.
