What is the best camera option?

Good afternoon.
The crux of the matter is this.
I need a webcam that can take good pictures. By the word "good" I mean the ability to recognize a person's face (not eye color, etc., but at least the ability to recognize a person) at a distance of 6 meters. Ideally 10 meters.
I heard about the native camera for raspberries. Is she worth buying? I understand that energy consumption is less, and the processor is less stressed. But I'm more concerned with picture quality.
What can you advise?

Here you will need not so much a camera as a lens and mechanics for aiming it.

The native camera produces a very good picture - at the level of the average quality of a webcam.
