How to use the servo control board for Raspberry Pi?

I am a complete newbie to both Raspberry Pi and Linux. I want to manage a pair of serv. I know what they do directly with GIPO, but I decided through a special fee. I found this payment . Tell me what to do in the software part, what to install? Is there a gui program for X Windows?

First you set up the RPi, install the system, here is a description of how to do it: www.raspberrypi.org/help/quick-start-guide/. The image must be uploaded to the card, you can download it there, the card must be formatted in Fat32.
The description of the expansion board says that it needs to be controlled via I2C, so look for examples of using I2C for RPi, I advise on python.
