What is the best book for a beginner to learn php?

Good day. There was such a question. What is the best book to start learning php for a complete beginner? there are a lot of materials and books on the net, but most of them are either reference books for professionals, books for those who are already familiar with php, or some kind of waste paper a la "learn php in 10 days".
Please, advise the literature for the beginner. Thanks in advance.

All these books are bullshit. You can run through them a little, if you are a beginner you will not understand anything. Take some video tutorial on creating a bulletin board and do the same, write with your hands, understand what and why. And you will understand much more than filling your head with information. Read the books later.
