What is the average salary for a .Java developer in Novosibirsk?

Hello, what kind of salary in Novosibirsk can a middle/junior who has about a year of work experience expect.
After reviewing hh, I came to the conclusion that 90k can be asked for at interviews. there will be auctions and most likely employers will lower them to 75-80k. How right or wrong am I on this?
It is especially interesting how much is the average salary of SberTech in the middle position, because I am considering this company for a desirable job.
Thank you)

What bargaining, what are you talking about? I recruit staff from time to time - that's not how it's done.
Salary can be added if you are a particularly cool specialist. That is, we announced a vacancy with a low qualification, and then a specialist with a qualification higher than the vacancy came to us, and instead of two worse ones, we decided to take one better - this happens. That is, in fact, the salary rises simply because a completely different vacancy is formed.
In other words: you can define your duties as one or the other depending on your qualifications and interests and experience - and agree on this by salary. That is, adjust the vacancy for you.
But there is no simple bargaining for money on an incomprehensible basis.
Unless you go to get a job in a company that itself does not know who it invites and even bothered to study the market before announcing a vacancy. This is more common in companies far from IT, but there you need to be prepared that IT will include, exaggerating, the repair of the secretary's kettle.
All other normal firms have a budget for salaries, everything is taken into account and calculated, and nothing will change just for you. Not only to a higher, but also to a lower side - will not change either.
For those who are not in the know - it seems like a paradox, why wouldn't the firm step on your throat, negotiate a lower price for your work. But the fact is that the task is not "to hire a specialist for as little money as possible", but "to take the best specialist possible with this money." For in the field of IT there is now a terrible shortage of sane specialists. For example, candidates come to us for the "Linux Admin" vacancy, 80% of whom do not know what an "IP-address mask" is.
Business is a harsh thing. Without calculations - you will burn out. Everything is calculated.

From the point of view of the employee, any average in the Russian Federation (and not only, there was experience with foreign countries) office selects people on the basis of the minimum wage. And it is traded for this salary out of principle.
It is clear that any average owner of any (even the smallest) capital optimizes, first of all, his personal profit for the next financial year.
It would seem that you calculate, think over what is more profitable for you, take one for a lot, or two for a slightly larger amount. Or something else! No, he takes one for less)))
Such is the dialectic of personal profit and interest. This is a pattern, and exceptions do not refute it.
In Perm, I know, novice programmers of any kind and kind are taken for 50-70 dirty. In Moscow, I think programmers definitely want more. Moreover, in Moscow they all come from Perm or Novosibirsk and spent money on moving. But if they give it - this is already a matter of luck, and not of market sub-matters.
Everything is PMSM!
