What is the attitude of employers (and even states that issue work visas) to Coursera diplomas these days?
I often meet in announcements of a bachelor degree in computer science, in some foreign organizations. If the applicant has a diploma from a coursera, work experience and, say, recommendations from an employer, how is this assessed in the current world in terms of employment and obtaining a visa (if I have a higher technical, but I am going to work in IT according to the mentioned scheme)?
PS
Employment and obtaining a visa are different issues, of course.

Well, with a trailer: tell me, courses from which educational institutions on the Coursera are most suitable.

Strange reasoning. People confuse courses with coursework degrees. According to the documents, the degree fully corresponds to distance learning at a foreign university, as far as you consider it prestigious. I myself would gladly receive it. But financially they bite. In addition, some bachekor degrees involve the delivery of a diploma in person at a university with the possibility of employment and assistance in obtaining a work visa. At least that's what it says in the description.
