What is the approximate composition of the web development team?

A question for studio web development specialists.
What is the approximate composition of the team involved in the professional development of sites. This refers to the number and specialization of employees directly related to the development process.
There is a rough sketch, but since I have no real experience, I ask the professionals how realistic it is and what changes need to be made. Calculation for a small studio, consisting of 10-13 people.
Own option:

  • team leader
  • project manager
  • 2x full stack developer
  • 2x front end developers
  • back end developer
  • designer
  • tester
  • business analyst

In my opinion, there are 2 problems, but not fatal
1) there is no pure layout designer, although it is possible that 2 front-ends can cover all layout requirements.
2) 1 tester for six code writers is not enough and this is the guard for what a bottleneck. In general, it is also not fatal, but the risk of sending buggy code into battle increases.

And the chief lad? All this is nonsense. In our studio, 90% were girls with knowledge of a dozen HTML tags. Do you understand what they were doing?

1) Combine the team lead with the project manager.
By the way, what exactly will a business analyst do for you?
2) Regarding the frontend \ backend \ layout, etc. - the composition depends on what projects you focus on. If you do not have exclusive orders, and the flow of WordPress business cards is based on standard templates, then you may not need front-end and back-end specialists at all, but you should recruit more full-stack specialists.
In any case, you need a designer.
3) Copywriter - preparation of texts
4) Seoshnik - site optimization and promotion on the Internet - a service in demand by many clients.
5) Salesman - a person who will attract new customers to you, the success of the company depends on his effectiveness.
As a matter of fact, it is not necessary to have all the specialists in the state on a salary, if, for example, you rarely have orders for copywriting or SEO, it is more profitable to use the services of trusted freelancers.

In a studio of 10-13 people, there can be several teams of different profiles. The minimum team for web development is 1 manager, 1 designer, 1 programmer and 1 workbench (ala frontender).
