What is the apploader for large files?

Let's say there is a 10GB file, you need to upload it to some kind of hosting, is there any program that allows you to divide and upload parts of the archive automatically (let's say the user is only required to enter a captcha when necessary, and this is not everywhere), as a result, the work should get a list of links to parts of the archive.

Google drive. It will fill in silent mode, if the connection is lost or the device is rebooted, it will continue from the point at which it ended.
