What is the apple logo on the touch on the iPhone?

I read that on the original iphone cases, the apple logo is not felt to the touch, but on the non-original ones, it is embossed. Is this the case on iphone 7? Shouldn't it be felt? I have it glued on top.

Original iPhone 7, black. The logo is felt to the touch (firstly, it is smooth compared to the matte case, and secondly, the contour is raised)
