What is the alternative to KDE Connect for Windows 10?

How can I quickly and conveniently transfer files to a Windows 10 PC from Android to Windows? Built-in application My phone is not working, thanks Microsoft.

I use syncthing. Nothing needs to be transferred - everything is simply synchronized.
