We want to integrate convenient and easy tools for active sales into a new small company.
We sell components for the clients we are looking for.
As a CRM (customers\deals\tasks), the choice fell on AmoCRM.
But here is the question of the system for:
a) counterparty card (details)
b) maintaining a warehouse (reference book of items), i.e. break the goods into groups, their availability. (possible movement of goods, from the supplier to us, and from us to the client)
c) invoicing (without preliminary transactions and complex gestures) - with the possibility of marking the payment of this invoice, or with a field for comments and notes visible from the interface.
Previously, we used 1C UT, after updating to edition 11, the system became very complex, with a mixture of CRM. And in view of the division of the company, we decided to start a new company with a new lighter system.
